1.Services

Tampa Bay Excellent Cleaning LLC provides commercial and limited residential cleaning services throughout Florida. All services are subject to availability, scope of work, and mutual agreement.

2.Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or our website form. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a fee.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise stated in writing. We accept credit cards, checks, Zelle, and electronic invoicing. Late payments may be subject to a service fee.

4. Service Guarantee

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the issue.

5. Liability

While our staff is trained and insured, Tampa Bay Excellent Cleaning LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or unreported concerns prior to cleaning. Clients are responsible for securing valuables and sensitive equipment.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at any time if the work environment is unsafe, unsanitary, or if client behavior is inappropriate or abusive.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to the changes.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the

State of Florida . Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Pinellas County
